This half hour slot is available to any new client who has no previous experience of Pilates. The session will explore the principles and fundamentals of Pilates, the set ups for exercise and introduce the small props. The cost of this session is £25.

A 45 minute seated class, aimed at active older adults. Held weekly at the Pilates Studio where exercises are aimed to improve range of movement for activities of daily life.
Available to clients with prior Pilates experience, a tailored programme of exercises taking the client through all stages of pregnancy and after. Exercises follow the Pilates method and are adapted and modified to reflect the changes in the body through each trimester. Available at the Pilates Studio in classes during first trimester and thereafter to individuals or small groups.
Group or individual mat classes for clients with a range of neurological conditions including MS, stroke, MND, ALS, Parkinsons’ and epilepsy. Clients need to be able to move on/off floor unaided or may bring a helper. Members of MS Society (Isle of Man) may use their membership to attend classes, society then cover costs.
