All new clients must complete the medical screen available to download below. Please select the correct form. Thank you
Choose the venue to suit your training needs. Print off form and indicate the classes you wish to attend. Then return your completed form to me before your class begins, with payment, to ensure your place is reserved.
From 15/06/20 The Pilates Studio will re-open for Mat Based Classes and 121 only. A Track and Trace Register will be kept for 28 days from this date.
