Mat Based Class specifically aimed at ladies during all stages of pregnancy.
Pilates method of exercises are adapted and modifified to reflect changes which occur in the body throughout pregancy and prepare the body following birth.
This is an open class and will run according to demand.
Book in blocks of six classes, with flexible dates. £9 per class when pre booked. £10 drop in.
All equipment provided.

Choose the venue to suit your training needs. Print off form and indicate the classes you wish to attend. Then return your completed form to me before your class begins, with payment, to ensure your place is reserved.
