Swiss Ball Saturday, Part 1 and Part 2 Saturday 20/04/2019, 10:00-12:00, or 16:00-18:00 The Pilates Studio

Enjoy a morning/afternoon of Pilates exercises using the Swiss Ball to challenge stability, strength and stamina, to improve flexibility, co-ordination and facilitate relaxation. This workshop will be led by Lizzy Main. All exercises may be modified or adapted to suit the individual.

All equipement is provided, including Swiss Ball and a light refreshments served at the end.

The inclusive cost is £20:00
